Love the blue mood! Keep thinking I'd like some streaks in my hair but it could never look as wonderful as this does. Love that Raven too - you always translate them so very well. x
Why thank you, Ms. Minerva. You'd look wonderful with a hint of blue, but I know you already have that happening when you stand in just the right light ;)
Such breathtaking beauty! Deeply touching ...soulful! I am a raven kindred too and the magic they bring to one's life is a gift! Thanks for this gorgeous meditative piece! happy to have found your beautiful realm! victoria
It's her eyes that rivet me -completely. You know how much I love your art my dear Lo, you have always been an inspiration to me right from the very beginning, and you know one of my dearest wishes is to meet you in person one day. xxxx
Truly beautiful!!!! I biked today and a raven crossed my path! You know what I thought...... Later on I saw a whole bunch eating seafood. never realized they were here at the waterside also........
Nice one, Laurel! I love the blue-hair touch: blue like light of a certain angle shining on coal-black raven wings. And chalkboards. What is it about chalkboards that excites me...? Can't figure it out, but one of these days, I'm going to have one of those doors or walls painted with black (or green!) chalkboard paint!
Your ladies always have such lively expressions. This one is serious. Must be because of the teacher in her. Or is it the Raven in her??
ReplyDeletei always think you are so fortunate to have such a wise guide.
ReplyDeletei think this especially when i see a skunk waddling down commercial street in provincetown and wonder what the message is for me :^)
i like the way this woman's lower lip protrudes just a bit, lo. she thinks.
