It is new to me Lolo. I like your picture but I don't like jello. I used to make it for my children. I love to see it pop out of molds.
ReplyDeleteYes oysters - yuk! Haven't seen this one Laurel. Enjoy your paintings my friend and have a great weekend!! xo
ReplyDeleteNever saw this one before either. Yep Jello does kind of slither down the throat. Much better thought then Oysters doing so. :P.. LOL

ReplyDeleteThis is so neat! I like the way you combined the words and the items/lady to depict the "scene".
ReplyDeleteHope you have a wonderful holiday weekend, Laurel!
This is very cute. And I want to say what dedication you have to posting every friday. You have now become my inspiration to do the same.
ReplyDeleteAlease Michelle
hee, hee! unless it has pineapple chunks in it...or those mary-wears chinos cherries! this is cool, lollie! keep painting you dedicated woman, you! ")
ReplyDeleteJelly moulds and oysters! I love them both... Must be into slimy things...
ReplyDelete... and, there's always room for Jello!
ReplyDeleteLove this "slithery" post....not a big fan of jello - but these days prefer it to oysters....used to adore them.... C and I would make a ritual of eating them at the Oyster Bar in Grand Central - along with a martini.... a few years ago, they made me violently ill.....and now, the thought if them makes me queasy...
ReplyDelete(More than you wanted to know - right! Ha-ha!)
Love this painting - and the caption!
Have a wonderful long weekend!
Love,
♥ Robin ♥
Hi Laurel!! I have not been here for quite sometimes! Miss you!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful collage!
Don't you feel sorry for the women of yesteryear who actually cared if someone liked their jello mold? I'm so glad we live in a time where no one expects me to be an expert at jello!!!
