I just took Emma out in the yard before dinner, letting her sniff and chase squirrels (who had been long gone when they heard her coming!) I was blissful with the feel of honest-to-pete spring in the air and when I tipped my head back I saw this fresh contrail. I had fun getting it placed corner to corner.
It's been a while since I've participated in Skywatch Friday. 'Bout time, don't you think?

Funny! I have contrails, too! I like the diagonal image, the way it stretches from one corner to the other!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shot!
ReplyDeleteI've always thought with as many sky photos as I shoot I should do this...but half the time I don't know what day of the week it is...LOL!!! And it is supposed to be posted on FRIDAY, right??? ;-D

The sky is at it's best when spring is in the air!!!!
ReplyDeleteGood composition of that picture dear!
I can see Emma running around in your garden. Too bad her mummy warns the squirrelies, Emma never has a change this way ;P
Enjoy your weekend!!

ReplyDeletefun seeing art in the sky.
Enjoy your weekend. Hugs.
always good to look up. glad you are enjoying the warmer weather.
ReplyDeleteI think Suki's right - its always good just to look up. and even better if you have your camera with you
ReplyDeleteOh, just by looking at that shot of the trees with the special glow of early spring, I feel so much more hopeful than I did when I woke to another blizzard. Thanks, lolo, this photo came just at the right time!
ReplyDeleteLovely reminder that Spring really DOES exist... she seems to have forgotten us on the West Coast!

Have fun today!
