When Raven wrapped herself in her ancestral kimono her heart became still and peaceful. She felt surrounded by her loved ones, past and present.
Most days, that was all she needed.
For Illustration Friday prompt: wrapped.
Let me say it's good to be back.
Acrylic paint, colored pencil on patterned paper.
The colours in this are wonderful! And it's great to have you back!!! I've been thinking of you all summer. We are just on the final leg of a journey from Edinburgh to Stockholm and back (3000 miles)and have not had much chance to visit, but we both were keeping an eye out for you. Hope things are well there. It feels much better now that Studio Lolo is there.
