Your ladies always have such lively expressions. This one is serious. Must be because of the teacher in her. Or is it the Raven in her??
i always think you are so fortunate to have such a wise guide. i think this especially when i see a skunk waddling down commercial street in provincetown and wonder what the message is for me :^)i like the way this woman's lower lip protrudes just a bit, lo. she thinks.love alwayskj
yeah, she does look deep in thought. or pensive. I know you've always liked this one ;) xo
Simply gorgeous! How you manage to create a piece that is both powerful and soothing is mind boggling. Gifted, yes, that is what you are!:)
Thank you my dear ;)You are gifted, truly.
Love the blue mood! Keep thinking I'd like some streaks in my hair but it could never look as wonderful as this does. Love that Raven too - you always translate them so very well. x
Why thank you, Ms. Minerva. You'd look wonderful with a hint of blue, but I know you already have that happening when you stand in just the right light ;)

It's her eyes that rivet me -completely. You know how much I love your art my dear Lo, you have always been an inspiration to me right from the very beginning, and you know one of my dearest wishes is to meet you in person one day. xxxx
Truly beautiful!!!!I biked today and a raven crossed my path! You know what I thought......Later on I saw a whole bunch eating seafood. never realized they were here at the waterside also........Good to see this work of art again :)♥M
Great Illustration!!! Congratulations!!!!!!!!!
Raven teaches us all and sometimes through tricks :)
Nice one, Laurel! I love the blue-hair touch: blue like light of a certain angle shining on coal-black raven wings. And chalkboards. What is it about chalkboards that excites me...? Can't figure it out, but one of these days, I'm going to have one of those doors or walls painted with black (or green!) chalkboard paint!
