"We begin to find and become ourselves when we notice how we are already found, already truly, entirely, wildly, messily, marvelously who we were born to be.”

Illustration Friday: Entangled

No matter how complex and dark some days may seem, there's always a glimmer of light and a chance for new growth.

This little painting was used for "IF" two years ago here. An encore seemed appropriate for the current word.

(Some of you have been my friends for a while!)

This is a good one. But I don't see how it's a cheat.

Your cheatin' 'shrooms, will tell on you.

I'm impressed with your use of light and dark. I've seen others of yours and they are all so mysterious and well lit. You are the Queen of Twilight painting in my book.

I am so sure that I can see ravens in the roots of the tree and behind the mushrooms. Thats what I saw first.I had to readjust my eyes to see the whole of the picture. Definitely ravens there.

This was the most appropriate post.

Did you know Laurel that sometimes even though I know there is a comment from you I skip it.

It is because I know that I am going to need that comment later. I know it will be something that hits home so I don't even look at it.

I hold them like buried treasure and then I pull them out.

Love Renee xoxoxo
