IF : Trick or Treat

Hello all! I don't have time to do a painting today so I played around with my greeting card program and made this image. I've also posted a small pumpkin painting I did last year for a friend. I think this fit's the theme because pumpkin pie is one of my favorite treats.

Happy All Hallow's Eve to those of you who enjoy it, and to those of you who have fond memories of that part of your childhood.

  1. Oooh! Lovely images! I'm still thinking about what to do for this one.

I particularly like your work because it shows both aspects of this time of year - the fun, witchy stuff, and also the fruitfulness of nature.

  4. You know, first glance I thought the pumpkin was a photo. It's so juicey and round and real! I'd like to take a bite out of it. Oh and give your Emma a big bite out of those juicy big feet.

  16. Laurel, thanks for passing on the pleasebestill link. I enjoyed "just breathe" and how appropriate since I started attending a meditation center and finding it very helpful in many ways. I love the rest of the artist's work - gorgeous. It's fun sharing :]

    Happy Halloween!!

  17. Very nice! The card is fun, just like the holiday. I love the highlights on the pumpkin and the vine wrapped around it ... the vine almost looks like flowers wrapped around it ... very pretty.
