I find this week's word a bit limiting, so I thought I'd post a little painting I did for a friend's daughter's wedding gift. It's titled "Love Is In The Air."
She got maried in August and I haven't mailed the painting yet. Maybe it will get there by their first anniversary!
Lots of people get married on the beach which inspired me to paint this.
Have a great weekend everyone, and if you're getting married this weekend, I wish you all the best!
Lovely!

ReplyDeleteHave a great week Laurel.
I admire the look or style of the rocks and cliffs you paint It's as if the sun is giving bright, but softened or muted light, and that's very effective and beautiful. Sweet the clouds shaped like hearts, and I've got a feeling your friend's will love the painting Laurel.
ReplyDeletewow, what a beautiful wedding gift!! I can see once the couple sees it they will have warm and fuzzy feelings :-)
ReplyDeleteThis is so uplifting! I'm sure the couple who receives this lovely piece will fall in love all over again :]
ReplyDeleteI know it's not easy, what you are about to do, so have faith and embrace your life, family and art along the journey.
Maybe I will find that life parter and get married in the coming year...you never know!
Peace.
