Olaf is skating against the wind and the snow with all of his might. He's on his way to Olga's house. Could tonight be the magical night he proposes to her??
It might be!!!
Acrylic, colored pencils and micron pens on Bristol paper.
What a great personification and portrayal of Olaf the polar bear. very nicely composed and wonderful use of colors. Best wishes to Olaf. Btw, my grandmother (Baba) is also named Olga.
I hope Olaf gets a big fat yes. He is handsome, and looks like a natural born ice skater. I love the wintery scene and I think Olaf has very good taste in winter wear, the sweater is-nice. What a fun and bright piece of work, so good!
Thanks for the stop by...just to let you know I'm wearing a pair of those fake glasses with a plastic nose and mustache in my hyper-photo-realistic rendering you see to the right...it really attracts the ladies ;)
oo i love it! the background is soo... wintery! and.. FUN! and pretty! its.. sorta hard to describe but its awesome! and the polar bear is super amazing
I really like the porportions of the polar bear. You really took into account an actual polar bear and not another big-footed-animal-cartoon. Which I mostly do...:) I really also like the feel of motion and color. Great job!
Will you give Olaf my greetings and say, I want the best for him? And will you tell us, if she says yes?
Beautiful illo in all it's mights - I like the story and your style too with the wind showing with swirls and so on - there are so many fine details - great!
